We made Mini's in NSW first.

Australian History. Mmmm, I think I was away from school that day. But I supose credit must actually be given the the Aboriginals as they really were here first and it was just one big land then.

This was a debate on another forum a while ago. Somebody wondered why the Asian Jungle fowl wasn't native on the Australian mainland. That was on the premise that Asian fishermen have been visiting Austrlia for probably a Millenia.

Given that for at least a half a century Eupropenas have been seafaring the asian posts then its almost impossible to declare that Janzsoon was the very first European to put foot on Australia. There has to have been lots of foreign feet on our soils particularly in the far north.

The Asian Jungle fowl - its just not enviromently suitable as a native in Australia. Of course asian fishermen carried poultry on their boats and some would have been swapped with our indigenous peoples.
