Seeking suggestions for moving a bare shell from Canberra to western Sydney. It's currently sitting on a pallet which is mounted on industrial castors (swivelling and lockable), so it is mobile if that makes a difference. So far the best quote I have is over $500 on a backload delivery ![]() ![]() |

Getting it in and then back out is the big issue with a hertz van as well as tying it down properly so it doesn't move all over the place and end up bent and the van damaged as well. Mike |

I drive some weeks from Canberra to Sydney, and back again. If it was ready to go and on the back of a trailer than I could do the Hume shuffle for you. I haven't time to muck about getting it on and off however if that can be arranged (the work schedule is a little tight), it would need to be ready to go. |

Thanks Mick, that's very generous of you. I'll have to see whether or not I can organise things at each end, I'll be in touch. |

Well if it can be put on as trailer, I will drag it up on a Sunday night, and then drag the trailer back down the following Friday (or thereabouts). Should work out pretty easily if it can be done.. |
