Has anyone connected up extra vents to a clubman heater? I was going to have the vents going to the screen and then 2 for the car, coming out of the centre console. There's a setting on the switch for 'car', but I can't see anywhere to hook the ducting into. I don't want to tap into the ducting for the screen if I can avoid it, and that would seem to make the 'car' setting on the switch redundant.

Also, can someone post a picture of the engine bay showing where the heater hoses go through the firewall. I just want to check that I've got it all sorted properly.

Thanks for the help team.

Cancel that. I was confusing myself, but I think I've got that part sorted now. What I'm still confusing myself about, is where the heater hoses attach. I know one goes to the bottom radiator hose and the other's supposed to go to the back of the head, but I can't see where it's meant to attach. A photo could solve that one.

Pretty noob questions, I know.

Thanks fellas.

It helps make me jealous, that's for sure. Tidy engine bay!

Yeah, that clears up where the hoses connect. I'll have to have another look at my head and check that it's all set up right.

Still trying to solve the riddle of the vents. Anyone???

So no one's got any ideas for rigging up the vents into the car then? Surely I'm not the first person to fit vents to a mini with a clubbie heater. I'd love to know what other people have done.

Any suggestions welcome.
