Post subject: | Leyland Window Felt Rubber trim question |
Hi I have a 1978 square nose that has bailey channel surrounding windows but nothing else. Need help picturing and purchasing requirements Am I looking at inner door felt, outer door glass rubber and an outer chrome strip- hopefully all at the one shop. ( I am happy with chrome on window sill only , not absolutely necessary all way round window) I can find the felt and rubber and the outer clips but not the outer chrome strip. If i can't find the chrome strip does the uk (mk 3 onwards) wind up windows - door moulding fit the leyland? Example link http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?ty=pb&pid=38278&title= Maybe I am just blind, have looked in Minisport, CP but not called yet Cheers Darryl |

The product I bought comes as a flat strip ... folded over ,it fits perfectly in the window channel...Use a bit of adhesive to hold in place. Don't forget to buy the correct length... for the 1/4 window inside the lower door & at the rear as well as in the window frame....approx 1500mm each side. |
