Ok so it was in at one stage before i started the rebuild but I only had it a day before i stripped it down so i don't know if it did fit well before. Now, the top and bottom of the screen are fairly tight yet the bottom corners are very loose and by loose I mean one side I can pull the rubber back and see an estimated gap of about 10mm. I'm guessing they have done some cut and shut somewhere along the lines before i got it and like most of the workmanship I have found on it was very Dodgy. Any ideas what I can do? Cheers Pete |

Is there clearly evidence of repair work around the windscreen lips? I would make measurements of all the sides and the diagonals to see how square it is too, which might indicate the problem. Ive got probably 2-3 front windscreens here if you wanna try some others? |

is it a new or old screen, i have heard that some of the Chinese (new) screens are poor quality also measure the screen |

Put your locking strip in it first the rubber deforms a fair bit with the strip in it. G. |

Since the rebuild we have noticed there has been a few odds and ends in some panels. Father inlaw has his old van stripped under the house might try his rubber and screen Cheers |

Poor chink quality? Well, what a surprise.............................. 
I go out of my way to avoid buying anything Chinese these days. |
