As above.

Are there any about..my vinyl has cracked and I can't use it to make another.

Are there patterns (as in fabric pattern) out there for an 850?

I'd like to know too, and if the different vinyls are a common colour that can be tracked down easy, so it all matches.

I'm not talking about visual patterns. im talking about template to use to cut out new sections (or entire) seats

Well, yes, me too. The bottom half of the drivers seat has worn through on my clubby and it needs reupholstering. I was just asking if the original style vinyl was available so it would match.

If it is, you could just measure it up in situ before removing the cover. It will most likely be a rectangle shape. Take a measurement around the part where the foam is in the best condition, preferably close to the side panels, and add 10mm where ther is seams (ie 20mm if there is another seam underneath the seat and don't forget the sides). I would back the new panel with 9mm foam (should have a polyester backing on one side of the foam so that it will hold when sewn) to hide most of the bumps in the original foam.

Are you doing this on a domestice sewing machine or something more substantial?

A domestic machine may struggle to get through the 4 layers of vinyl at the edges. If you can, get some heavy duty needles and heavier grade thread, and apply some bearing or sewing machine oil to the needle as you go.
