Anybody know the answer to this so I can pump my tyres up correctly ? I might be putting too much or too little.

I have always put about 32lbs in my cars. 40 for track work. Not sure what the metric conversion is?

32 front and 30 back. Or if I'm being lazy and it's one of those preset automated air pumps at a servo, 32 all round.
