I am interested in getting some carpet for the interior and boot of a mini.

Where is the best place to get carpet?

Here in sa i use 'exact fit' for interior molded carpet, don't know about the boot though.

how good do you want??

a good PROPER fitting carpet will cost about $350 for the labour plus how ever much the carpet is. My carpet ended up costing close to $1000. But it is WOW!! Proper Westminster fits perfect!!

Mini spares at Padstow sell a really good carpet kit, fits well & is good quality, around $320ish for the set.

I have used both Knox Auto Carpets and Tru-Fit Carpets.
These are the 2 piece moulded ones and cost around $165 a set including the 2 kick panels.
Karcraft has a black set for $127 but I've not seen it yet.

It turn out to be a great job thanks to Simon's great workmanship.

Whilst I got good service and reasonable product from Mini Sport, if I did it again, I would get Simon Judd to supply and fit a true westmister. I am sure it would be perfect

i got my moulded carpet from autobarn a few years ago for about 140 - 150 and can get extra carpet as well
