I've had a 12G202 head done
Unleaded exhaust seats $35 ea fitted
Full 'service' including valve seat grind, deck, clean, assemble $120
New Valves $14 ea
New guides $5 ea
Head was already ported nicely and had double springs.

I did my own.. I stripped it, cleaned it, fitted new guides, then got the valves & seats recut for $50. 
I think the price Anton got was pretty good. Many places charge $50+ just to deck it.
