I was kidding. My inner conspiritist thinks retailers like to inflate prices prior to putting items on "sale".. so $7.95 was a wry nod in that direction ![]() |

don't get me started on Kathmandu Outdoor stores... product comes in from China/Taiwan/Malaysia, price tag printed in producing country of say $400 (for a jacket!) within a week of being on the rack it's down to $300, another week it's at Half price! after a month or two it's at 75% off and more closely aligned with what it's actually worth... gotta love the mark it up to mark it down policy |
