I grab my original Mini Workshop Manual and re-torqued the cylinder head on my Moke.

While doing it didn't feel right.

So i checked my Haynes manual and to my surprise the sequence is different.

So it got me thinking which one is correct ?

Since I was nearly done I carried on with the factory Mini Manual.

Any thoughts

I'd trust the factory manual before the Haynes book of lies...

But basically if they work from the centre outwards, it's all good.

It's a British thing. They don't trust it, either.
