Looks like dual horns that may have gone with the option pack that included the lights, roof aerial, cassette player.

I was going to guess horn as well. But isn't that a Leyland mini SS?

See that on the left side of the cassette surround...pluss the driving lights :? What else dose the SS's have to determine what they are?

No offence mate but I'm shocked your planing on cutting that mini up :shock: I have shells ten times worse and I plan to rebuild them.
Seriously, how bad is the GT floor and why not use new replacement panels?
If you were near by I'd offer you a spare floor I have from a crashed mini and try to get that nice straight shell for myself.
For an example I'm currently restoring this;

And I was surprised when the guy I brought it off told me he was planing on cutting it up for panels,. New panels aren't incredibly cheap but where can you buy a new classic mini?

P.S. I just had a quick look on mini sport Aus and the replacement panels are around $550, both fronts and rears and sills. I'd have to say that mini is worth more than that :( .
