the gaps where?

with mirrors some people like the look of bullets but they don't work as well as the rectangular ones.

and with flares it depends what wheels they are covering

The best you can do with door gaps is equalize them all round.
These bodyshells were all spotwelded together by hand- 6 axis robots weren't yet invented in the 60s and 70s. So, the door gaps vary a bit.

I like the rectangular `Tex' SS mirrors from UK. But are best mounted on the optional metal plinth, for Australia- as I had mine fall off the silly plastic body mount block twice in hot weather. The mount block softened and distorted in the heat..
But mirror has been fine since I put the plinth on.

Minispares P/Nos:
Mirror LH- GAM216A
Mirror RH- GAM215A
Plinth- CZH3521

These mirrors available here from Karcraft, but not the plinth.

Thanks doc my bonnet gap is probably the worst on the whole car. Tight on the back edge massive but even down the tops of the guards then tight one side near the headlamp and nice on the other side

Mine is bad shape match LH side of the bonnet/guard, but it's because the car has had a F-R hit some time in the past.
Meh, it's only a daily... :P

I just rebush and repin the originals. This is not hard to do, as long as the hole in the front half hasn't worn bigger than the bush. And they have not been butchered by someone with a drill and a bolt + nut.. :x
