Contrary to assertions by some, I found these repair kits are still available here in Oz, from Better Brakes and others.
I just got one fitted.
PBR # is K7800X. around $33 each.

The very same... 
Note- the hex size of pipe connectors into the MC are NOT 7/16" A/F, they are 10mm..!

Awesome. Bye bye sinking pedal! Only one in vic seems to be down in Bayswater *groan* Better Brakes 381 Bayswater Rd Bayswater VIC 3153 Roadtrip! Picking up my new clubbie this w/e though.. so I might hold off  .

Rang up repco in preston, they want $50 for it. A fair bit higher then your $33, but I told them to order one anyway  .
