Have looked at all the bulbs and replaced the old flasher can for a new one, still no indicators... High beams are no where to be found... dip switch was replaced to no effect... Any help would be wonderful! p.s. this is a relatively new loom 18months old |

i would probably be looking at the indicator stalk i have gone through like 3 of them, also if you don't have relays on your high beams it will burn the indicator stalk out pretty quickly, that is if you have fitted halogens in. |

I also think its a fuse issue. Had the same thing happen when the fuse fell out in the engine bay. |

phew! pulled the fuse box out, blasted it, got the sand paper out and got goin, looks nice, fresh and pretty, best of all the indicators WORK!!! now... to source the issue with the highbeams.... Thanks team! |

When checking for electrical problems always check from the beginning of the power source and work your way towards the accessory. Easier to find where the power is interrupted. Replacing bits to repair the fault without knowing if what you are replacing is the culprit could be the cause of introducing other faults especially when using second hand parts (That might be faulty). This make the problem even harder to find. Often leading to more confusion. I always say to people " a man made fault is always a harder one to trace" |
