I'm starting to get my ducks in a row for a semi-rebuild of Barney. I love his current colour scheme and will be retaining the colour combo.

Has anyone seen a colour similar to this? I've had a look at a few sites like Newton commercial and the greens I've found to date have been quite 'emerald'. Not sure if this was a custom job by the Doc or the PO to him.

Evan, it was all trimmed like that when we got it, I can email you the PO's details if you like and you can ask him whodunnit. AFAIK it was a custom job, the whole interior.

[edit] pm sent.

I do like that colour scheme, I'm looking at a green interior for my clubby, that shade of seats with a dark carpet would be nice I think

I did see Knox's antique gold. Does anyone have any pics of an interior in this colour. I'm thinking it might be a little too gold, if you know what I mean.

Tretford carpet range. This is as close as you can get to westminster. The Apple is very close to original print.

Evan , is that an old photo? Carpet looks fine!
What else will you do for the semi rebuild?

Leigh,

Photo is out of the Doc's collection. When I was buying the car from Canada, he was kind enough to send me an assortment of pics.

It's getting a little worn now and I'd like to refresh it. Paint is getting pretty knackered and peeling underneath. Engine bay is a bit of a mess. I wont be taking it off the road just yet, but I'll have the use of a nice little run around when I do...

Slight thread hijack. I'm lucky enough to still have the original Red Westminster. I'd like to make up some mats for the front to protect it.

Of the various reds does anyone know which red is the closest colour match to the original?

Will Tetford send multiple samples?

And I agree with Low n Blown. The Tetford is very good carpet as well as being a good match to original. It's not cheap though.

Cheers
