As the subject says.

I picked up a set of 4.5 x 10 S wheels at a swapmeet a few weeks ago. The tyres fitted are 145s and I quite like the look of them fitted to the car.

I don't have flares and don't want them. These sit under the guards nicely and appear to be legal.

Were 145s used on these wheels originally?

Thanks

Brian

Funny how the S had tubes in the radials, the others all had tubeless crossplys. And none of these 10" wheels had the so-called safety bead seats either.

Maybe?? tubeless radials were yet to be invented... but I think they were out by 1969 when that Mini K brochure was printed.
