is it possible to remove the top crash pad without removing the windscreen? because i've undone the 3 nuts but the bloody thing wont come out , and i dont want to break it. And how hard is it to remove the bottom one? I just want to paint it, it might be easier to do it in the car. |

There's three, one in the middle through the ashtray hole, and one either end. It won't lift straight up, you need to 'roll' it over and toward you a bit. |

The bottom one just needs to be carefully pulled off as it is only glued. |
