Mk2 = 1.401" inlet, 1.156" exhaust.
Exhausts are same as Morris 1100S or 1275LS.
Valves are longer than in a Mk1.

So Doc would these ones be correct:

Inlets:

Exhausts:

I thought Mk1 inlets were larger but i dint know they were shorter, What was the reason for that?

Those are Rimflo valves, I used a set once but IMO they are a waste of money on a road car. I can even buy good SS race valves here in Oz for less money.

However, stock Cooper S Mk2 valves are fine for a road car. Even cheaper here.
12G1322 exhaust valve (3.570" long)
AEG592 inlet valve (3.570" long)

Mk1 valves are shorter, because the early S head design is different and back then competition valve lifts were less.

Hey Doc and Bubba,

Not necessarily a waste of money, depend on the cam, but gains are only at the RPM where the engine comes on the cam and are only small. Forget the exhausts, only inlets are worth anything.
