Guys

Whats the best way to get the body up in the air to remove the Engine and subframe?

Lift points etc...

I assume you mean where do you lift it? If you have engine crane, lift with sling onto holes on inner guards brace, the angle bit that goes from fire wall crossmember to inner guard.

Yep, I agree with that, but you ideally want lots of height to get the sling angles closer to vertical. I use a ceiling mounted block and tackle, nice and high.

I've always used a couple of trolley jacks to start off and then two or three string blokes to finish.
