What sort of money are you looking at to rebuild a Genuine Mark 1 Cooper S Gearbox/333?

It All depends on what needs to be replaced, if all the gears ( with the Mk1 first gear on the cluster and the first & second sliding hub are often worn )
are ok then most people that do the job the correct way would put new bearings and diff thrust washers in, often you will need a new diff pin aswell
oops double post

I heard the 22G1100 cluster gears for the Mk1 S and Sprite boxes are getting rarer, and dearer...

Thanks for the replies guys, I thought someone may have had a recent full gearbox rebuilt and might be able to put a close dollar figure, or a close ballpark figure.
