I don't see the problem. We don't know when they paid $10 for it do we?
If he paid $10 for it a few years ago, it could well be worth $15 now.

If he bought it last week, good luck to him trying to make a profit. I watch the foxtel shows American pickers and cash cowboys from time to time, seems just like that (although they're not silly enough to leave the original price on it :lol: )

I dont anyone thinks he paid $10 for it and is now trying to make $5 profit. ...
I am pretty sure he tried to sell it previously for $10 and is now trying to sell for $15 but was too silly to take off the old price. :lol:

My brother sells a few things online and when he just wants to get rid of something quick he advertises it low, then when it doesn't sell he raises the price and the bidding just goes off :roll: . Some people just want to pay a decent price and don't trust the cheap items.
