My preference is for new panels as you will usually damage panels when removing from the donor. But each to their own

New panels (for both cars if possible/eventually), that way you save two minis instead of killing one.
Floor and sill panels are best replaced with new ones IMO seeing as they are major rust and damage spots.
Can you post up some pics of the "good" car and the damaged panels (mainly the rear quarter) and the donor car please, someone may already have a crashed, rusted or partly cut up shell they could donate/sell some panels to you.

For those particular panels it is probably easier to go new. But IMO it is best to get hold of original or 'genuine' panels for external sections such as wings nose cone etc. There are differences and if you replace one wing with an after market one the formation and corners are not as defined and creates more work later on fitting and preparing for paint.

For those particular panels you mentioned though after market one should be fine even if they require a bit of persuasion to fit no one will notice.

Be aware also sills are not straight but have a slight bow in them. Might be common knowledge to some but until you have a close look at it, it's not something you think about.

edit. Plus one for saving a decent shell for the sake of a couple of after market parts for underneath the car.
