Ok just wondering if there is a how to on cutting wheel arches to fit wider wheels so they dont scrub on full lock.
Yes ive used the search but couldnt find anything related..
Any help, tips and experiences are appreciated..

I did trim a little more later when I started doing track work.
Very low, 13x7s with Yokohama A048 semi slicks - found it still rubbed on top of the arch on the driver's side

Better to trim too little than too much. Also I treated any exposed metal with phosphate

well i'm interested in trimming for 10x6 wheels, so i'd assume (I don't know if thats safe) that it there would be less trimming for them than 13x7's. I'm assuming again that overall diameter for the 13's is larger even with a smaller side wall

Shouldn't need to trim for 10x6 or even 12x6, BUT you will need to for 13x6

Depends on the offset of your wheels.
I've seen some pretty wide 10s and 12s before.

depends on what tools you have , i used a 1 mm cutting disc. marked the front of the arch 30mm and tapered it back to 15 mm 120mm up from lower edge, then kept the radius until it was 0mm , u need to check the wheel that ur using, u can trim a little at a time, it pays to have car just sitting on bump stop height too
once u have trimed the meat off u can spot weld the lip back on, u need this to keep the strenght in the panel
remember to used a good maskin tape in the area u have marked and will cut, it wont burn .
