I couldn't find any reference so wanted to know of any recommended care strategies for the vinyl upholstery in my 1964 car.

What's best do you reckon?

Check out the Bowdens Own website. Great products and some great how to's on their website. The reason they created their products was because they weren't happy with the stuff that was available on the market and if you check out the cars they own you will see why.

Remeber vinyl is a plastic, unlike leather if the damage is done it cant be rehydrated or repaired.

I can highly recomend aerospace303 protectant, it leaves a bit of a shiny finish (not a slick finish like the dreaded armourall but still shiny)

Its not a cleaner however, It wont remove dirt and grime, but its a brilliant protectant. If your vinyls dirty I would steam clean it then keep it looking good with 303 protectant.
