Hi guys, just wondering what the differences are in Clutch seal. Theres some NOS ones on eBay at the moment, they say 850 and cooper S upto 63.. I thought that they were the same.according to minisport there is only one kind.. would they fit? Sick of the modern rubbish ones |

Ok time to redeem myself for my last cheeky post... Apparently not all those seals are made the same and some are quite rubbish. I believe Karcraft also sell the correct orange seals? Mine was nice a dry after 12 months when I had the motor appart last week |

Very early Minis had an oil seal in the flywheel as well as in the clutch housing. The one on ebay may be the seal for the flywheel (smaller ) |

But the noname ones that were about a year or more ago had problems with the spring and an undersized lip. The black Rover one is good too, ditto the Minispares competition one made by Gaco. |
