I am rebuilding a 12AUW wiper - the round body one.
Does anyone know what the gap should be between the wiper armature shaft and the adjusting screw?

It's not critical provided it doesn't bind. IMO .005" endfloat would be about right and would allow for expansion if it ever gets hot..
