just want to know how to adjust my ride height so im not so low low low..

Assuming you have them fitted.

2 spanners / big shifters

Count the threads when doing them out to get the height just right. I think about 3 finger btween your tyres and wheel arche is a good height.

Doc mentioned a bit of grease between the nylon cut and ball is a good idea also some never seize or lubricate on the threads of the hi lo is a decent idea to prevent them seizing.
