Hi,
currently rebuilding my engine

need a new clutch diaphram and just comparing options

being a cruiser/general road use car, just wondering should i go for the orange clutch having a worked engine or would the cooper s kit suit it better

thanks,
Craig

I would use the orange dot one. I use one in each of my motors.

But set the clutch height properly- when all assembled, the diaphragm spring should be flat.
Often these days you need to machine .040" or more off the 3 lugs of old backplates to achieve this.

see http://www.minimania.com/article/153/Cl ... non-Verto_ for how and why this is important.
