Anyone know what the story is with this Mini owned by the former F1 champion?

Did Denny start racing in a Mini?

or was it his road car in NZ? (I know!! Questions!!! )

Very interesting, thanks for posting. It would be easy enough to establish whether the car was UK or NZ assembled, seeing as there is a suggestion it may have been purchased locally. English heater and demisters suggests it is UK assembled.

Regards
Al

Absolutely correct but it is a little unusual to find an early UK heater in a car here. There are many clues in the body but the detail can't be seen in the pics available, the heater was the only one I could see.
