John,

Its probably here in dribs and drabs...but can you please lay out the short history of your shop? (that is, shops you were associated with or worked in).

PS keep up the good work on Ausmini...

That would be pretty cool to read.
Has there ever been an article done (mini experience? Mini magic?)?

John has been around since Mini's were invented....and has been associated with them for most of that time.

He must have a zillion stories (without giving away any secrets - trade or otherwise!)

Did John ever compete on any sort of track? probably never had the spare time...

What was the best car you have ever seen or owned John?...don't have to be a Mini (although that might be dangerous if you say it on Ausmini)....

Cheers, Mick

Ease up guys; John is busier than a one legged frog in a snake pit at the present not having completed the move as yet. It's a commercial thing.

I'm very supportive of keeping our good MK and just at the time-being, I sense its a good time to encourage the move across the road as the highest priority.

Can we help :?:

I'm sure he'd appreciate some weekend (or other) assistance from trusted members of the Mini community at the moment. If you can spare some time please ask him. Whilst he's operating a commercial entity he continues to give us much, much more than you'd expect from your average automotive parts supplier, including valuable contributions to this forum. To many he is a good friend, and one who may need a little help at this busy time. :)

Those RCN adds were always pretty mouthwatering. Is there a MK online shop now? The printed catalogue is great.

I Wish I could buy those Parts Now for the prices I was selling them for back then.

I did get a call From a guy about 12 months ago who wanted a P76 V8 Motor
For $450.00 He had just read the add in a Modern motor Magazine whilst in a Doctors waiting room
The add was from around 1977
Thank You for putting that on It bought back great memories
