SWMBO has decreed I can work on the Mini on the Tuesdays I don't have to go to work 
With our new roster that started in July 12 I was cut from 3 to 2 days (and 32 to 16 hours  ) with a "call in day" on Tuesday if need to cover for someone who is away. Leading up to Christmas and January I was averaging 5 day fortnights but it has dropped off now so her in doors has said I can spend Tuesdays on the Mini. - Now to hold her to it
