Get yourself on Greg's mailing list. He gets his mitts on anything and everything mini or MINI or even british car related and fires it out. Get something most days.

Hmm..

An interesting site and plenty of info.

I only had a quick look but found quite a few mistakes, so don't take the historic aspect of the site too much as gospel.

My 2c worth.

Watto.

Obviously another Leslie Neilsen fan. :D What great characters he played, and some memorable lines.

RIP Leslie.

From "Airplane!" (1980):

Dr. Rumack: Can you fly this plane, and land it?

Ted Striker: Surely you can't be serious.

Rumack: I am serious... and don't call me Shirley!

Quite possible - it's definitely just a staging area for information collected from all over, so will now doubt only be as good as it's sources. I have absolutely no doubt that Greg would readily accept corrections from you.

No, of course not.

I just thought I'd make the point, as I'm sure people will quote from it, as always happens. Misinformation often gets quoted and becomes "authority by virtue of repetition".

Yes, it is only as good as its sources, but checking the accuracy of the information is the responsibility of whoever is looking after the website.

No, I don't have time to go through it and make corrections/suggestions to the site owner. You may notice I rarely have time to even look at ausmini.

So, the point of my comment was basically, yes it is an interesting site and there is a lot of info on there, but it is not entirely accurate, so just check anything before quoting it.

Cheers,
Watto.
