12 months ago I sent my Cooper S steering wheel for re-furbishing. Since then I've returned it 3 times for corrections or due to cracking, it cost me $550 plus postage the first time plus $30 postage each time I've returned it, the last time in October last year. When I contact them, they tell me it will be finished 'on the weekend' and posted. It still hasn't arrived. Since then, I've sent them emails and had 'read' receipts, phoned them and left messages but no replies. I believe they had health issues last year, but you would think I'd get some sort of response, is this their normal practice?
I've suggested on my messages that if they can't fix it, they keep the wheel and refund my $550

Pearlcraft do produce absolutely beautiful stuff.
They also have an excellent reputation on overseas hot rod and custom forums,
so it's a shame that this has happened.
