Well.....things are about to happen...no really they are!

I big thanks to 'xxxx' for the gearbox

Now I have the reconditioned box I can assemble my 1115 stroker powerhouse :P

I have cleaned up my workbench and now have my block sitting on it. The +.020 pistons are fitted with 1098 crank. The GR - RE13 cam is there, and will be fitted this week. Once it's in and timed, I will bolt the block to the gearbox, and continue to fit the other goodies such as :cam followers, head, push rods.....

Then it gets a few coats of XXXX colour

Add a flywheel and clutch, covers and ancillaries....and we are looking good.

I want to start this puppy on the floor before fitting it. Never done that before.... :? It will be interesting

All of that in the next 2 weeks (hopefully)

I want this thing on the road!!! :x

couldn't resist!

i must say i feel i am learning a lot of lessons from the home grown heroes on the board. it's inspiring me to get my hands dirty - well, more dirty.

you're going to have to bring JAM north o the border when it's complete.

Sorry But I really have to say that JAM cannot be placed in the same league as any other Clubman. Not unless another clubman has had... how many years now Anton? work done to it!

Um do you know that Elmo has been off the road for almost 5years now? Elmo is definately in the same league as JAM (yes i know Lizzie is not) but just cos my car
doesnt have a website, doesnt mean any less time/effort/love has gone into in. ALOT of time, research and finding of parts have gone into this car. geez. Elmo, talk about a slap in the face

Dont worry Elmo, just another head in the sand morris owner
