I have a Smiths rev counter & seem to be missing a page of the instructions. In the back there are 8 switches does anyone know what position these should be. I have instructions for wiring. Red/White-light. Red/Blue or White/Black-contact breaker. Black-ground. Green-Switched ignition. It also has a Brown/slate-Pull up/down wire which I don't know if or where to connect
