No laughing please but it looks like it is under the front left fender on my 98 rover cooper. Other than the radiator cap on the radiator, I should be filling/checking the reservoir. :oops:

Nope just ignore it. It's just used to catch the overflow, when the car cools down again its drawn back into the radiator.
