8.4" discs now on the front and "new" reconditioned steering rack. Next service I will get the rear drums repadded, then all will be good! And she is on full throttle now, as there was nut that was hitting the manifold as the throttle rotated, stopping it about a thrid of the way, now removed. Holy moly! Spinning wheels in 2nd up hills and all. I also got new windscreen locking strips, just to clean up the outside look. :wink:

Yeah the discs are mint! The 8.4" kit from MiniCraft cost $1100 + fitting, which I thought was reasonable, and the recon'd steering rack was about $175. Money well spent I reckon.
