Have managed to get window regulator working again without taking out quarter vent window, BUT can't get roller into channel ......

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance......

Thanks,

Checked them out as soon as I decided to fix the broken winder. Didn't want to remove all windows if possible, so detached regulator from the mounting, and managed to get it working - seems just jammed for whatever reason.

Found that there is a pivot plate that can be moved when you take out the 3 screws, so gave that a try and figured worst case, remove all windows as per posts if necessary.

I managed to unmount the pivot plate and set the roller in the track and re-assembled and lubricated everything. Works perfectly and saved heaps of work, so might be a useful tip for anyone with the same problem.
