 Post subject: Subframe tower bolts

I tried to search for it but couldn't find anything.
I have a subframe without any tower bolts/studs, looks like it has fine threads but they are a bit rusty and messy so I want to run a tap through them before I try and install the frame.
So what thread should they be :?:

Should be 3/8 UNF, doubt they'd be 5/16 like the nuts on the top.
