G'Day l am hoping to establish a good point of contact who know how to re-wire a 1976 Leyland mini clubman in the Brisbane area? If you could assist with some information would be appreciated, smart comments perhaps you could keep to yourself as l would have thought that like minded people would be on this forum. Thanks

You are in luck, our forum member Convertible Mini is Jimboomba based. He has lots of electrical items in stock and is an auto sparky. I reckon he'd be able to re-wire your clubby with his eyes closed.

I did have a business card around here somewhere but I can't find it right now. Just PM Convertible Mini.

Doubt you'll have a problem with smart comments Kel. Almost entirely a good bunch of people with a genuine interest in a great motor car.

I am not trying to be a smart ar*e but why not give this guy a phone call at least, He is known to be very good at what he does, And I think looking at his name he probably has a mobile service

Did some one say rewire a Mini? How the hell do you do that? Yes mate you can drop it in to me or I will come and collect it on My trailer (For another small fee cheaper than a tow truck) and I will look after it. Besides me knows Mini electrics I don't charge the Earth either. 55469065 ring me for a chat.

Convertible mini knows his electrics and he knows minis. Why risk any other regular auto electrician? Especially when he offers a pickup/delivery service as well.

why not just get a wiring diagram and do it yourself?

Its not that hard if you have the harness.

Good thinking. The bonus is you will learn a new skill.

Woohoo might throw some pics up and get you to identify what goes where too! Bit too far to drag my mini to jimboomba from toowoomba. New loom but unsure where some of the wires go to!

Hooroo
