Today, Cruising to work and back home in the mini van with WSFM blasting out. I felt like I had stepped back in time except for the type of cars around me

WSFM Is what my garage radio is locked to. It's what GR listens to too so must be the station of HP

I took mine one of mine out for a blast today too. It also felt like stepping back in time while I was waiting on the side of the freeway for the RAC because I had run out of fuel despite the guage saying I was half full! |

They were an accessory, dealer fitted (an Astor Diamond Dot was one option). All were AM band back then (no FM). My 1970` Matic still had an AWA Cruiser 6 radio in it when I bought it 20+ years ago. These were made here in 1970 (I was working for AWA back then). |

Worst part was I looked at the 5L jerry can on the way out and thought nahh, got heaps in this one wont bother throwing it in the boot
