afternoon all, running into a clutch "dragging"problem, wonder if anyone would care to comment. Renewed slave cylinder and hose from to master to slave cylinder about 12 months ago, am not able to bleed all the air bubbles out of the system so suspect the master cylinder. I recall a previous poster discussing .075 "bore size master cylinders. Are these necessary/ better and where in Australia can I purchase one. thanks. ![]() ![]() |

New master cylinders are readily available from any mini parts outlet, unfortunately as your location is not known recommending a place is hard. Doogie |

Yes the clutch MC should be 0.75" not 0.70". Most Mini shops stock them- Mini King, Minis Plus, Karcraft, Minisport, etc. If you are getting air bubbles suspect the slave cylinder, even if new. The seals in these new cheapo shiny cylinders are not the best, buy a new 7/8" plain cup from a brake shop. |
