I'm sick of unravelling all the electrical tape in the mini and wondering if there is a specific type of wiring sheath/loom I should be looking at for under the bonnet (high temp), or will any do? Split conduit is easy to get - autobarn and supercheap both have it, I but it at Jaycar because there a longer lengths available and its cheaper. |

I think the original 60s stuff was a cotton based sheath, never used it myself, I find the conduit the easiest to put in and make it look half tidy. |

That ebay one they have in bunnings should be cheaper cheaper there , havent been to jaycar in ages so i have no idea if its the same. |

Harley's got it in one. It's good stuff too easy to work with as well. |

We buy this Convoluted tubing in 30 meter rolls and we have sizes from 7mm to 25mm ID. But we mainly use the non split stuff. You can split the non split but you can't un split the split. |
