Ok so the car is running a bit rough. I initially thought it started emitting a fair bit of smoke but I reckon it is steam. It almost got to the redline on the temp gauge today. So am I right in asuming it is a head gasket or something like that leting water over to the cylinder? I am due a visit to Murrarie so will probably get it sorted when the budget will allow. Hope you are all having a good weekend. |

Check your radiator and oil caps to see it their is evidence or either water or oil where it's not ment to be. |

I checked the rad to see if it was bad and there is a bit of muck in there. Didnt think to check the oil cap so will do. Thanks Kenonmini. |

Yeah a tiny bit of white slime. I had the rad cap off and it was steaming a bit out the exhaust but as soon as I put the cap on I guess the pressure pushed more through because the steam went up tenfold almost immediately. More things to fix... |
