Ive started to refit my suspension to my mini,

Come time to chuck the wheels back on and they rub on the rear ( haven't tried the front yet) , on the rear trailing arm and the shock.

Car has dry subframes but was originally wet setup.

The wheels are maybe 5" wide with about 100mm offset or et40ish, hard to measure with tyres on them

What are normal size mini rims?

The weird part is they fit when i bought the car, but i have changed the subframes and converted to dry with camber/castor/toe and hi lows all round.
Any tips? i cant remember removing any spacers or anything.

Rear brake drum should be a spacer type that will fix it

I think it is always a close run thing when you have 165 tyres on standard drums. You might need to go to "S" or Moke drums (remembering you need longer studs to go with them).
My old Mini K was okay, except on fast corners - made a hell of a racket, and rubbed the body deadener off the wheel well.

They are Clubby S wheels, their offset is the same as a Cooper S one. You need the spacer drums.
