I have a leather motolita and always have had a motolita. They are superior on a mini in my opinion

Just a quick side question.

What's the diameter of the "bus" wheel in a Morris Mini?

outside diameter is 15.75", so I guess it's a 15"

Looks nice but you'd have to have an interior to match otherwise it's completely out of place?

Try ebay for Motolitas:

Leather:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MOTOLITA-15- ... 0529511320

Wood:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CLASSIC-MINI ... 0678605262

You'll need a hub too
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MG-GENUINE-M ... 42a&_uhb=1

Yeah they are nice, I never said it was cheap
