 Post subject: Door Handle Gasket?

Hey Guys,

Is there a gasket that goes under the door handle on clubmans.

i haven't seen one, but my father-in-law insists that there should be one.

I haven't seen one either so I use some windscreen sealant around the edge of the handle when I refit them.

Can't see a Clubby outer handle gasket listed in Mini King's catalog.

No, but there is supposed to be one under the lock barrel.

They did not have a gasket on the handle, they used something like silicone, I am not sure exactly what product they used, and of course the lock barrel had a gasket

When I was particularly poor I needed to replace the lock barrel gaskets, as they were non-existent. I cut them out of an old tire inner-tube. They're still there...
