G-day,
Can anyone tell me the correct idle speed & timing setting for a 1098 engine with a 12G202 head?Everything on the engine is standard.
Thanks,
Dave

Original timing was 6°BTDC, @ 600rpm.
data from Leyland Black Book.

Thanks. I currently have it set at 10 deg & 750 rpm. It seems to like that setting. Just thought 10 deg may have been too advanced.
