I took Mopoke for a run tonight, planning to take it to work tomorrow. It was going like the clappers until I hit 4th gear. Then it became apparent that the clutch is starting to slip.

It's a Verto clutch. I've heard these are more fun to change than the regular clutch. Any tips?

Thanks,
Brett

I wouldn't say the job is fun but it's straight forward. Pull the whole flywheel assembly off, dismantle and rebuild on the bench and throw it back in the car.

If it helps anyone - I have a brand new, balanced verto a+ flywheel / clutch here for minis built up to September 1996 that I don't need. Only want $75 for it, but its too heavy to post.

Damn, I just ordered one from Karcraft 45mins ago...

If it's SPi it's probably different?

Yes, google says SPI is 190mm and MG Metro (which I have) is 180mm.

So Murphy's Law says I've probably ordered the wrong one.
